During his visit to the Elites Foundation of Tehran Province, the President of the National Elites Foundation attended the delegations of elite thinkers and foundation ambassadors in the universities and sat down with their talks and concerns.
According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani stated in this visit and meeting that the most important mission of the National Elites Foundation, which was emphasized at the beginning of this institution's movement, is to create a dialogue bridge and link between solutions for the elites of the society from every class and stratum, he continued: the structure and regulations of the elite foundation were founded from the beginning on creating a platform for communication and interaction between the elites of the society from all classes with the governing body of the country, but this foundation continued are deviated from its original path and was degraded to the level of an association or trade organization, like other trades. While "elite" is not limited to a specific class and a specific society, which is the academic society, and every person from any stratum, class, and job, when he has an influence in his society and is outstanding in his field of activity, he is among the elite of the society.
Emphasizing that the identification mapping of elites should be changed from self-expression methods to basic identification methods based on professors, Dehghani said: instead of several small plans, several support plans with big objectives should be defined and this plan It is a great flow that encourages the real elite to participate in effective work.
According to the head of the National Elites Foundation, the biggest duty of the officials and all departments involved in dealing with the elite person is to create an impactful opportunity for the elite person, regardless of whether he lives in Iran or abroad. If we can create this issue by providing a favorable environment, we will definitely be successful in the optimal use of our human capital, and the ConnectPlus program, which was keyed in the International Affairs in the Vice Presidency of Science is a step in this direction.
He added: The foundation can be the link between elites and this program, and we should not forget that our elites in other countries are the ambassadors of Iran's science, technology and innovation all over the world.
